The City of Wilkes-Barre, Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association and Diamond City Partnership will host Halloween Trick or Treating on Public Square on Tuesday, October 31st from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Children are encouraged to pick up their glow stick and map of participating businesses, distributed by the Wilkes-Barre Police Department, at starting point on Public Square.
Children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and safely “Trick or Treat” while visiting Wilkes-Barre’s Downtown Businesses. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by 98.5 KRZ.
Participating Downtown businesses will have a Jack-O-Lantern in front of their business, acknowledging safe stop.
