The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) serves the Wyoming Valley from its hub in Downtown’s Intermodal Center. Bus service runs Mon. – Fri. 5:00 AM– 7:00 PM; Sat. 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM.
